AG Fast food leave on conditioner review

Winter is so horrible, it just dries everything out! I originally wanted to try the sunsilk leave on conditioner because i read so many good reviews about it (plus its cheap haha) But for some reason none of the drugstores here sell it....So I randomly went to the mall and asked a consultant working at a salon to recommend me a leave in conditioner for semi thick and fine dry hair! This was what she suggested, so I went home to do some more research on it (of course haha :D!) And there wasn't much online but generally the reviews i found were good. I decided to give it a go, and my golly it is wonderful!

Product-4/5 It is lightweight, and a little creamier then a normal conditioner you wash out. Easy to apply although it doesnt give you instructions on how much you need. I would have preferred if it was a spray on, but i think the gel like consistency is better to run it through all over your head while its damp.

Packaging 4/5 -Simple and white

Price 5/5 Not bad, 14$ w/o tax!

Overall 5/5

It made my hair feel so smooth and soft...seriously...I didn't think much would change but wow. It really is shiny and soft haha. I would give it a try if you are looking for a decent priced leave in conditioner :D!

With a bigger budget and a new director i was expecting more then what was delivered on screen though :/ It was disappointing, but I guess if you came to see the movie for the Jacob who had his shirt on maybe 5% of the whole movie then you got your money's worth (seriously, no one asks why he is naked the whole time O_O!!!) I'm not a hater, i loved the twilight books, specifically the first and last one, but i guess books turned into movies that are good are hard to come by. Plus the scene with the volturi lasted so short and near the end of the movie.....im hoping the third one will be better :s!

I just have to share this recipe with you! A friend of mine made it, and it was so DELICIOUS! Healthy and light, it really cleanses your palette :) I havent had a chance to make it yet, but the directions look rather easy :)! Hope you guys try and enjoy it! YUM!

Thai Yum Woonsen Talay

Ingredients - about four servings worth

1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced finely (or quartered is fine)
1/4 red onion, sliced finely
1 shallot, sliced finely
1/2 green pepper (capsicum)
1/2 red pepper (capsicum)
1/2 yellow peppers (capsicum)
1 cup prawn, shelled and deveined
1 cup scallops
1 cup squid or calamari, cut into rings
2 packs of mung bean or green bean vermicelli

Dressing
4 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 cup chopped coriander or cilantro
2 stalks of green onion or ramp, cut finely
2 thai bird chilies or 3 jalepeno peppers (adjust for your preferred spice level)
1 lime, juiced
3 tbsp sugar
4 tbsp fish sauce


Directions

1. Soak the mung bean noodle in cold water to soften them up for about 20-30 minutes before you are ready to cook. Boil them, and be careful not to overcook. Remove from water and drain when ready, blanching in cold water to stop the noodles from overcooking.
2. Cook the seafood in batches, and be sure not to overdo them as the seafood tends to become rubbery when overcooked. A general hint is when they lose their translucency and become white (for the scallops and the calamari) and when they turn pink (for the prawn). Set aside.
3. In separate bowl, mix together the ingredients for the dressing, to taste. It should not be overly salty, sweet, sour, or spicy but a good blend of the four.
4. Combine everything gently together in a bowl.
5. Garnish with some more cilantro or mint and a slice of lime.

Revlon Color Stay Pen Liner + NYX

Okay, maybe i'm just being a super noob, but it isnt as nice as i would have expected from reviews from other bloggers!

Trying it out on my hand, the colour is fairly dark, but when i used it on my eyelids it didn't deliver a true black line. Maybe I didn't wait for it to dry up, but i went over it a couple of times and it still didn't produce a nice line as MAC's blacktrack or even blitz&glitz fluid line !

It was very disappointing to say the least, the concept was cute and it wasnt as expensive as buying something a little higher end :(!

Packaging: 4/5 cute slim pen

Maybe it will work for you, but it sure didn't work for me. I know mac has something similar, not in a pen shape though i will look into..or maybe i'll just try their black technakhol liner!

The NYX lipsticks on the other hand were surprisingly nice. I do agree with most reviews that the regular round lipsticks does have a funky taste/smell..like a hair conditioner which is slightly off putting but not horrible. The Black Daimond lipstick has no smell or taste i could detect, both had pretty good application. Didn't crease with my lips but I had it prepped with lip blam!

And the giant eyeshadow stick is nice :D I'm happy with it, cottage cheese haha :)

ahh im waiting till school ends to really treat myself (meaning in one week i can finally buy MAC's MSF in dainty :D!!!)

been hearing good things about NYX's lipsticks, so i got 2

one is the regular round lipstick in narcissus (3$)

and NYX daimond sparkle in sparkling rose, which is 6$

Also their giant eye pencils in cottage cheese, since ive been reading they've compared it to mac's shadesticks..and hey if its only 3.99 im up for saving 17$ :D!!

And i wanted to try out revlon's color stay blackest black pen liner :D

Ahh went up to the MAC counter today...can't decide which blush to get!

MAC's MSF in Dainty or in Gentle....I swatched both on my hand and Dainty appears to be a lighter peachy-ish pink compared Gentle's darker colour! Both are such pretty colours though lol...will be in my to buy list once december hits haha :)!

revlon nude attitude and mac's creme de nude

Ok so i've been taken into the whole nude coloured lips scene and I am sure loving it! I have moderately pigmented lips so its a nice change to have the colour downplayed. I wasn't sure if I could pull the look off tho, so I decided to try Revlon 's Nude attitude! It's drugstore, its cheap and it won't hurt the bank right :)?

The packaging is very cute, just a simple matte black.

The price was decent, 7.99$ on sale at shoppers drugmart! I hear you can get it anywhere from 5-8$, just depends where you get it (ahh the downside of drugstore brands :[ )! It wasn't a bad price tho, I was lucky to have stopped into shoppers during their sales.

For the price, it wasn't bad. You definitely need smooth lips, have a thin layer of lip blam or have scrubbed your lips before application. If not, you'll see it settle in the cracks of your lips ...very uncool since I forget some days and its just a waste since you have to wipe it off because it looks bad haha. I find it cakey, and the wear isn't bad. You can build it up for a much more concealed look.

Overall rating: 3.5/5

Not bad for a drugstore product, but nothing outstanding. Good try if you want to have a nude lip.

Mac's creme de nude cremesheen :

Packaging is how any mac lipstick is, glossy black tube!

The price was around 18$ with tax. Sadly, I don't think i've ever been to any of Mac's sales to get better deals on their cosmetics :(

I wanted to try something a little better then Revlon, and I was debating for the longest time which to get. Mac's satin myth, or the cremesheen. I swatched myth on my hand and it goes on like a pure concealer, and when I tried it on my lips (non lipbalm/non scrubbed) it settled in every crease it could find. I found creme de nude to apply way smoother, and it only settled in the creases when you really have dry lips. It has the sheen to it, so you don't look washed out and deathly when you wear it w/o lip gloss.

Overall: 4/5
Still not my HG, but its good to have that nude lip with a little extra :)

so randomly i decided to experiment in making pizza from scratch....right...i wanted a more healthy version (if there is such a thing) whole wheat crust wasnt bad...but i didn't have enough toppings lol..so sad its a naked pizza :(! but next time will be better....lets hope! And yeast really smells funky...haha
